I am constantly encountering this error in an update or configuration from the terminal and after a while my system crashes how can I solve this problem can you help

Can you send me a screenshot of your /etc/apt/sources.list?

run at your terminal

nano /etc/apt/sources.list

To fix it you will need to edit as root /etc/apt/sources.list and comment out (#) the two lines…

# deb https://deb.parrot.sh/parrot/ lory non-free contrib main  
# deb-src https://deb.parrot.sh/parrot/ lory non-free contrib main

It looks like /etc/apt/sources.list.d/parrot.list is now preferred.

That’s an error that should already be fixed if I’m not mistaken but if it persists you can ignore it at the moment. The repositories are always these: Mirrors | ParrotOS Documentation
