Parrot 4.1 headers not found

Last few days i was upgrading the linux,and uh, seems its fine things are good but in case the problem started when i try to open the vbox and it said “Kernel Headers not found”, and i try to uninstall the vbox, and switch to vmware, and still it said not found, and i checked the linux header in /usr/src/ , its only the linux-headers-parrot-5.1.0

How have you been upgrading your system? (what commands) your kernel is quite old, we haven’t been using 4.16 for some time now (you should be on 4.19)

yeah last time i’m using the 4.16 and it just work fine no problem at all , and i try to update the OS with
apt-get dist upgrade
my repository its using the server of indonesia and the upgrade was failed cause of some packages download not respoding.

and try to change to the singapore server, i upgrade it and its work after a while everything not working at all

oh yeah the first time i’m using
apt-get upgrade
and there are so many errors

yep that is often the problem for users. try

parrot-upgrade

you might need to run it twice but it should fix your issues
