Is this error occurring when installing on a PC or on a virtual machine?

If installing on PC, are you attempting to dual boot and/or install on a secondary drive?

If a PC, did you disable fast-boot and secure boot in your BIOS/UEFI?

Did you use balenaEtcher to create a bootable USB?

Can you provide any other details that might be relevant?
