so I wanna try Parrot Repo in PopOS, so is there anything i have to know before adding it…like packages compatibility ? or possibly breaking the system ?

Don’t add parrot repo to your PopOS.
Most of the tools you want to install are open-source tools with their source at git or other VCS written in languages like python,ruby,java etc. You should be able to run them just fine reading their docs.
If you can’t do that. You could run parrot-sec on docker. Check this video if you need help on docker:
