Parrot Sec OS Reinstall - after grub2 passphrase issues

Hi,
I recently (3 days ago)installed parrot 5.0 & I’ve had quite a few issues with the grub2 loader passphrase on startup not working (entered passphrase multiple times) & taking me constantly to grub command line, then grub rescue & ive come to the conclusion (based on research) it’s some how corrupted. I’ve gone through many a articles, luks encryption, how to attempt decrypt, tried a number of possible grub command workaround: set prefix=(hd0, 1) & more.

Anyhow I’ve managed create a new live USB bootable & booted into parrot live boot 5.0 install screen, tried to do a try & install, next screen is blank, no command line. Please help with instructions as per which install menu option would be best to reinstall the parrot os & ideally overwrite the previous corrupted installation. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Ps: if this is the wrong thread, let me know
