Parrot Security Os Freezing

My laptop has been freeze and it’s not working I’m trying i always need to forcefully restart my Dell Inspiron 5502 laptop.
I’m frustrated. I can’t do any sort of work.

  • Parrot version in use (if you are not aware of it, open terminal and type cat /etc/os-release | grep VERSION):
    Parrot Security Os 5

  • Kernel version (if you are not aware of it, open terminal and type uname -r):
I can’t open terminal as well

  • Logs/Terminal output (use pastebin or similar services):

  • Screenshots:

Complete freezing I have no other option except forcefully shutting down.

Had the same problem twice. It just freezes all of a sudden.

But my mouse is still active. But it works once i restart it. I think it has something to do with v5 as I’ve never encountered that problem in the older versions.

Do you recall what you were doing last before the freezing?

Hi @Mihir_Bhadange , make sure to disable the hardware aceleration on the browsers you are using, that will fix the issue.
