ParrotSec installation || Internet not working without AnonSurf

I have being constant in the weird behaviors towards ParrotSec and Internet connection.

I’m using an internet provider called Kolbi, in Costa Rica, Latin-America.

I have this installed instance of ParrotSec, which is not working properly through the internet without AnonSurf.
And even when using AnonSurf, it’s not using the TOR DNS, but a Custom DNS.

Do you know if it is possible to install a malware into the kernel/boot loader of my computer through the internet?
Maybe having access to the same wifi connection?
Or if it may be something else?
