ParrotSecOS/Mate cannot detect my wi-fi connection

—Hi guys, I installed ParrotSec OS yesterday to dual boot with Ubuntu, however, once I finished the installation ParrotSec/Mate was not able to detect the wi-fi connection, with nm-applet sleeping in the background. I have zero problem connecting to the internet with WI-FI in Ubuntu.

Please see the screenshot for reference. Help is much appreciated!
