I have made a boot drive with the arm64 Architect version of Parrot OS and I am trying to get it to install on a Pinebook Pro. I am currently going back through Pine64’s documentation but no luck so far. Any tips or advice?
These notebooks do not have a normal UEFI/BIOS, boot options are hard coded
Booting to USB flash drives, is U-Boot dependent. If the U-Boot code supports booting off USB ports, then it will work.
Early models were not u-boot encoded. Try using SD card as bootable medium.

So I have tried to boot it from a USB and SD with no luck. I think I need to research U-Boot more. I might examine Kali’s image for the PinebookPro
