Please help I Can't access files and data as parrot os stuck at busybox ( initramfs ) dont know anything about it

Just about couple of months ago I installed parrot os in my laptop ( not as a virtual machine). I wanted to learn the linux so I installed it.
I don’t know a lot about linux commands and linux.

I was just using my laptop the normal way I use it, last night it was working fine and now when I opened the laptop, I am not able to got the gui and it shows the following text,

BusyBox v1.30.1 ( Debian 1:1.30.1-6+b1) built-in shell (ash)
Enter ‘help’ for a list of built-in commands.

(initramfs)

Please HELP !

Hi @Shriro.

What happens if you type ‘exit’ at the BusyBox prompt? Does it tell you to run ‘fsck’ manually?

No sir. It says

Free intiramfs and switch to another root fs:
chroot to NEW_ROOT, delete all in /, move NEW_ROOT to /,
execute NEW_INIT. PID must be 1. NEW_ROOT must be a mountpoint.

-c DEV Reopen stdio to DEV after switch
-d CAPS Drop capabilities
-n Dry run
