Recent Upgrade failure on my PC HP EliteBookx360 1040 G5

so I was trying to update my system with the command: sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade, and this is what I am getting: ps sorry if this is rough for you to understand as I am quite new to this OS:

how do I fix this error ?
currently grub isnā€™t booting up parrot os I have got to go through recovery mode
Currently grub isnā€™t booting up, I have got to enter through recovery mode in my system my files are still available but the system environment, ie gnome is making it difficult for me to navigate through my PC
