Reinstall Parrot EFI Partition after UEFI Update

Hi

After UEFI firmware update, the ParrotOS EFI partition was lost.

How can I reinstall the original ParrotOS EFI partition from a Parrot Live USB? Can you give me any tutorial to follow?

you can either reinstall grub or go for the whole system
procedures for both are documented in docs.parrotsec.org

And over this, i would suggest you not to go for video tutorials as it might sometimes lead you wrong, and we officially have not released any video tutorials yet.
