Does anyone know the exact commands for the terminal when i new update of ZAP comes out which there is a new update. I contacted the ZAP crew and they were not much help for terminal commands anyone with help on this i greatly appreciate it.
Are you asking about OWASP Zap proxy? If yes, we updated the version to 2.10 and Palinuro will push the package to repository asap 
p/s: it will be upgraded with parrot-upgrade

So i dont need to download the latest version and install it manually all i need to do is just upgrade parrot os ?

Yes it comes with system upgrade
If you want to upgrade single package, ofc it is as same as other packages
sudo apt update
sudo apt install <package name>
These 2 commands will install latest version on repository for you.
I’m afraid there is no newer version right now because our leader is on his vacation.

It is Debian-standard compressed applications and when you get it, you can install it inside system. You can try apt show zaproxy in terminal and apt shows information about it for you.
