Sound Problem (i3 1115g4 - Dell Vostro 3500)

I’m really new to Parrot OS. I liked Parrot Home and want to use daily driver.
Everythings fine but i just can’t fix the sound problem.
I can’t see my mic and speakers as input/output devices.
Thanks for help.
specs: Dell Vostro 3500 - i3 1115g4

  • 5.3 Electro Ara Home Edition

  • Kernel version (if you are not aware of it, open terminal and type uname -r):

  • Logs/Terminal output (use pastebin or similar services):

  • Screenshots:

how are your Mic and Speakers connected?
If they are USB, they will need appropriate drivers installed.
If they are plug in jackplugs, try installing pavucontrol;

sudo apt install pavucontrol

They’re built in laptop speakers and mic.
I still have the problem.
Using a usb sound card as a temporary solution.
pavucontrol is already installed and updated to newest version.
Thanks.

That laptop model uses a Realtek ALC3204 Soundcard, which is supported in kernel since 4.14 so it should just need configuring to get your in built speakers and mic operational.

Try this;

sudo alsactl init

and then reboot, it should find your devices.
