System powering off during startup.

Briefly describe your issue below:
I’m having an issue when I boot up, it gives me a screen checking my system, then relaunches itself and gives me another check this time saying (Ok) Powering off system.

At random points i can get through and into my system other times it’s no hope.

it does not look like an operating system issue, but rather a hardware issue of the power circuit.

are you sure your cpu is ok, the heatsink is properly installed and the power circuit is stable and reliable?
