If yes then he is using Fish in the video. You can install it by using sudo apt install fish.

VoidWolf227 is absolutely correct. Want to really trick out your terminal try adding figlet or toilet to your .bashrc and install fish and terminology complete with custom wallpaper. I set terminology as my default terminal, love it.
