Unable to print with Samsung ML-1665

I tried to install my samsung ml-1665 printer on parrotos using the driver found on the samsung website, but it will not print. I see the printer driver in CUPS, and when I try to print a test page it says “filter failed”. Anybody who got a similar printer to print on ParrotOs
