claramente ese warning te esta diciendo que la linea 1 del archivo /etc/apt/sources.list y la linea 19 del archivo /etc/apt/sources.list.d/parrot.list estan repetidas, se soluciona comentando la linea 19 del archivo parrot.list
Clearly that warning is telling you that line 1 of the file /etc/apt/sources.list and line 19 of the file /etc/apt/sources.list.d/parrot.list are repeated, it is solved by commenting line 19 of the parrot.list file.
