USB boots to Grub cli

Briefly describe your issue below:
I have flashed Parrot OS using etcher and Rufus to a USB but both FAILED to solve my problem, the problem I get is that when attempting to boot from the USB to install Parrot OS or use it in live mode I get no menu, instead it boots to the Grub cli, how do I install Parrot or fix this? The USB used was a SanDisk Cruzer Blade 32gb.

What version of Parrot are you running? (include version, edition, and architecture)
Attempting to install Parrot security 4.5.1 amd64
What method did you use to install Parrot? (Debian Standard / Debian GTK / parrot-experimental)

Please check Your Downloaded Parrot OS
I get Your error
You getting option like

grub rescue>

And ls is only working

Solution

Use DVD For Installing ParrotOS
Or
bootrec /fixmbr by Windows Recovery CD

2nd Way Fix Grub By Mounting

Grub-Rescue

I have it set to boot UEFI, it isn’t elementary os that’s booting me because at the top it says the grub version etc the standard and it has “parrot” at the end so it sure is booting the USB but there’s no options just grub cli

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately that did not work, the error isn’t grub rescue> instead it just boots to Grub cli showing grub>
