wifi adapter doesn't work

i just made a fresh install of parrot but my wifi doesn’t work. i already searched for the drivers in the intel page and put it in the firmware folder but it still doesn’t work.

with lspci i saw that i have a Intel wireless 8260, and downloaded the file from the intel page. i follow the steps said on the page and put the iwlwifi-8000 with the cp /lib/firmware and reboot my laptop but it doesn’t work. idk how integrate it in the kernel and either what else do at this point.

Operating System: Parrot OS 5.3
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.78.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
Kernel Version: 6.1.0-1parrot1-amd64
OS Type: 64-bit
Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i5-6300U CPU @ 2.40GHz
Memory: 15.5 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® HD Graphics 520

Intel wi-fi drivers should already be installed [they are a part of the Kernel drivers]

Please open a terminal and run inxi -Nn, copy and paste back the results

command not found :T

you may need to install inxi from the software manager

I have checked the support list and yours is on it

ok, i did it. this is the output:

Network:
Device-1: Intel Ethernet I219-LM driver: e1000e
IF: enp0s31f6 state: up speed: 1000 Mbps duplex: full
mac: 8c:16:45:63:03:40
Device-2: Intel Wireless 8260 driver: N/A

what should i do? i search in google, youtube but i didn’t find nothing to fix my wifi

update: i just notice that my bt driver doesn’t work either

i fixed it doing this:
all the time i was using ethernet due that i can’t use wifi, so i use inxi to check the model of my wireless adapter.

after that i search on synaptic that model of adapter and install the package. After that i just reboot the pc and it worked.
