Wifi SSIDs are not shoowing

After a new installation, when I tried to connect my system to wifi, then I saw that there are no networks available. I cross checked but my wifi was on and also several other wifi networks were showing on my smartphone. Anyhow, I connected with ethernet, and after sometime I could see the wifi options and connect to them.
But now, after every restart, wifi SSIDs are not showing, even if wifi is on, but after sometimes it begins to show.
I have tried restarting the network manager, but it didn’t help.
Please help me out!
