I am trying to install parrot os security 4.4 on virtualbox. But when i have to choose the iso file, the irtualbox is not recognizing anything. There is no iso file. I downloaded parrot os from few websites but its not working.
This is in the folder when i extracted it from WinRar

i agree it should be an .iso file you dont need to extract anything
the version is old which is a problem in itself due to any stability or vulnerability updates you would be missing. You should never really download from any other site, if you must it is essential for your security that you verify the hashes. try to download the ISO file from here and use etcher to burn to USB
