sound problem after upgrade

Hey all. I am facing sound problem after the latest upgrade.

I am using:

|Distributor ID:|Parrot|
|Description:|Parrot 3.11|
|Release:|3.11|
|Codename:|stable|

I have tried alsamixer and unmuted all but seems problem stays.

Btw i am hearing from headphone.
